Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My wife and I have been married for two months now. She still has property at her ex-boyfriend's house. He refuses to let her on the property to retrieve any of the property, which includes two pick-up trucks that are regestered to my wife only. How do we go about getting possession of all her things?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend that she make a formal written demand. If that fails to produce results, she can file a Replevin action with the District Court having jurisdiction (the county where the property and ex-boyfriend are located). In a replevin action the court can order the ex-boyfriend to return the property and award damages.
