Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

Its been three years and even though my ex has failed several drug tests, I still do not have paperwork establishing my sole custody or child support. Is my lawyer scamming me?

Three years is a long time for a divorce to be pending, but without more information, I can not evaluate whether or not you are receiving quality representation. If you are not satisfied with your attorney or do not trust him/her, you should discharge him/her and hire someone you do trust.
