Im not the greatest at understanding how thw dhs system works, but im pretty sure im not getting treated fairly. my husband has a 7 month old son and is paying more than 400 a month plus paying 69% of daycare... we can barely afford our own bills because it costs so much. isnt the payment supposed to be lower since we get him more than 120 days a year and we carry insurance for him? plus we feel the mother is unfit... is there a way to possibley win custodial parent over her?

Based on what you say in your question, you may be right; but, the only way to know is to make sure the decree and custody documents are being followed properly. You need to read those carefully, or better yet, have the attorney who did the divorce (or another one) review the situation.
