What is the meaning of Dismissal with Prejudice?

Dismissal with prejudice means that the suit will be dismissed, and cannot be refiled. The case is over for good. The opposite would be dismissal without prejudice, which means that the case may be refiled within a prescribed time. Hope that this helps you.
