When answering a petitioners moition to enforce order finalizing a decree what do I pro se need as far as correct legal forms to inform the Judge of violations and ask for felief under FRCP 60 (b),(6) or Oklahoma Statutes regarding Fraud upon the court to attain final order.Bob

You can petition the court for modification (Request to Modify) and request rrelief under the specified statutes. However, your petition must include the modifications and/or corrections and your motion for relief must summarize why the statutes would apply. However, it is also recommended that you consult with an attorney to make sure it is done correctly.
