Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I was arrested for a bogus check from 12 years ago. The warrant was supposedly issued in 1998 but I was pulled over 2 years ago and told I had a warrant for a DUI but the officer could not validate that. I called all the surrounding counties the next morning to see if I had a warrant and there were no warrants found. When I went to my arraignment the DA had dismissed all charges. My husband spoke with the DA and he was told that it was a mistake and that I took care of the check in 1998. I am on life sustaining medications and while in jail I was not given my medication. I am wondering if I have a case against the county. Deformation of character, slander, with holding medication, wrongful imprisonment????

Check with your doctor regarding your medical condition. As regards the arrest, you are entitled to file a tort claim against the county for the wrongful conduct of that officer.
