Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

Attaching Proceeds from a Family Trust

I represent a client whom is due $45k has a signed personal guarentee. The debtor is in Oklahoma, and has no income nor any assets, but he gets proceeds every month from a family trust account. The mother is in charge of the trust, which has several million dollers. Can we persue a judgement and excecute it by attaching the proceeds from the family trust fund, or is that money protected?

Re: Attaching Proceeds from a Family Trust

The trust assets are likely exempt. Once proceeds are paid to the beneficiary, however, I know of no exemption that would apply.
