Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

My attorney has had my case for 4 years and I still have not been to court. I pay him by the hour. I do have a case, but I don't know what to do.

Sadly, the legal system moves at a very slow pace. I would make an appointment to speak with my attorney and ask for a status update on your case. Often times there are things going on in a case that clients may not understand and some insight from your attorney could go a long way to clear up the matter. If however, you are not satisfied with your attorney you always have the option of retaining new counsel. Good Luck, Bob
