Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

Hi i bought a yorkie and its 1 week old puppy. the puppy is now 7 weeks old and i sold the puppy to a man. i told the man that he has skin issues and that they were starting to heal and his hair was growning back in. He looked at the puppy before he bought it and still knowing that it has the skin issues he bought it. and there was no health gaurentee verbal or written. the puppy now has mange and he want half of the purchase price back and to keep the dog. he is saying that he is going to file charges agaisnt me for the puppy having mange. What legal standing do i have in this?

If what you stated is true he has little or no legal standing. However, it is recommended that you consult with and attorney if he files charges.
