Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I broke up with my girl friend and she say's she wants all her gifts back. She bought me a X-box 360, clothes, shoes, dvd player and a watch. She says if I don't give them back she'll take me to court.

By court law can she get them back???

By law, a gift is defined as an act of voluntarily transferring property to another without compensation. A thing transferred.

If there weres no shared purchases, agreements or financial obligations or other obligations contingent upon the transfer of these items, her surrender or transfer of the items are considered voluntary and this voluntary surrender (or gift) should hold up in court.
