If you're pregnant by a drug user and you don't get along with him does he have the right to have visitation or get custody of the baby if he's unfit to be a father?

Even if you haven't "married" in a ceremony, if you're having a child together, you'll need to go through the legal process of divorce. Through the divorce proceeding you can argue he is unfit and should not be awarded custody, and limited or no visitation (or only supervised visitation). You can also argue for child support payments.
