If you're asking do you have a lawsuit based on the packaging, there are some factors to consider. First, were you harmed, did you drink it, were you made ill? Next, was it obviously contaminated with the packets in the bottle(s)? If there is contamination as you describe, you must be able to prove it; eg, an unopened container with the seal intact. Also you must consider what is the damage sustained as a result. Your answer may be to contact the vendor and complain.
