Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

Contempt Of Court

If I win a civil suit judgement and the person ordered to pay fails to do so, would this be a comtempt of court action? Or would I be required to file another Civil action?

Thank you

You may need to go back to the court clerk and ask about an asset hearing, and the procedure. Good luck
