Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma
My daughter was in an accident with a friends car while spending the night at her house. they both snuck out after 11pm and at one point my daughter was told to drive by the other girl. thats when the accident happened. my question is: do i or the other girl's parents have the responsibility of the actions of my child?

If this accident involved minor children, it is typically the responsiblity of the supervising adult to assure the safety of any minors in their care. If you can prove negligence on the part of the other parent, they will be held accountable for the accident and actions of their minor child.
