Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma
ok. defult judgement
I have a default judgement against my ex husband, in the sum of around 13,000.00. I put a garnishment on his paycheck, and because of the fact that he don't make alot of money and that he already has child support from another marriage coming out of his check I am told that I will not get any money, is there a letter that can be sent to him informing him what may happen next with this default judgement and can it be sent without me having to pay high cost again to a lawyer. Thank You.

A Judgment can be collected from the seizure and sale of any/all assets which are not exempt by state law. A judgment debtor can be notified by mail of the execution laws of your state, and you can do this if you know what they are. If not, then you need legal assistance which you may be eligible for from Legal Aid.
