Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I got divorced in Oklahoma and My divorce papers say that I can't get married for ^ months. but now I live in Utah and I was wonder in if it still applies?

You need to check law in Utah. Since you live in Utah, that state's waiting period is relevant to a marriage in that state. Ask a lawyer in Utah. If you come back to Oklahoma, then the 6 months waiting period applies.

Some state laws differ so you may want to visit the courthouse in Utah and research this divorce law to see if it applies to Utah and do some reseach Oklahoma divorce law to find out if this law has, in fact, transferred to a different jurisdiction.
