Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

fraud/ improper notary

I am not sure of which law category my issue falls under, however, I am the victim of an improperly notarized document with a fraud witness and have had over $5,000.00 garnished from me within the past month. I am not sure of who to turn to.

Re: fraud/ improper notary

As a notary, I should be able to anwer this question. If someone notarized a document they must be commissioned to do so and their (the notaries) information and commission number can be verified in at the Secretary of States Office. If this fraud is reported and no evidence is provided for your signuture, the notary can be suited. They are bonded and insured for this purpose.
