Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I have a friend that took over payments on my car. Nothing down and we didn't sign any paper work plus the title is still in my name. A few months she had a wreck and got insurance money, which she kept and didn't get the car fixed with. Now she totaled the car. And we will be getting a small settlement off of it. Should she be entitled to the difference.

No. However, we recommend that you transfer title and ownership of the vehicle to if you wish to continue to allow this behavior and to avoid future liability.
