Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma
I have a garnishment against another business but everytime I have it presented to his bank the money that was their when I called the bank is gone. What do I do?

Maybe you should stop calling the bank ahead of time. It's possible that someone there has told the defendant about your calls. Alternatively, you may want to call a different office of the bank so that the person who have been dealing with is out of the loop.
It's also possible that the timing is just coincidence. You may need to keep trying until you have better luck. Or you may want to find other assets to levy.
