My daughter recently had a judment against her concerning an engagement ring that she did not return to her x fiance because it had been a Christmas gift.
My question: Can her wages be garnished if she is unable to come up the with money or replace the ring.

Re: judgment
Unless she works for the federal government, yes, her wages can be garnished to pay a legitimate judgment against her. There are strict federal guidelines as to how much may be deducted from each paycheck, but eventually garnishment will be successful if properly pursued.
