Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

My 15 year old son accidently started a friends truck and when he let the clutch out it moved forward and went through the friends garage door doing damage to the truck and the garage door. My home owners insurance said it was not covered because it was not on my property. I was not there when this happened and need to know what I'm liabile for. This happened in Oklahoma and I now live in Florida and I'm being sued in smalls claims court for the damages.

You will need to consult with an OK lawyer. That state's law will govern -- not Florida's.
