Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I live in Oklahoma. My dad is getting remarried here in a couple of weeks. Both of our names are on the loan for my house. We are both the main individuals responsible for the loan. He is not a cosigner and neither am I. I am the only one who makes the payments on both. Also he is the main person on my car loan and I am a cosigner. If something was to happen to him (death) or divorce, would she be entitled to anything? Do I need to draw up legal documentation saying something? Please let me know. Thank Tonya

Does you father have title to any of the two homes or your vehicle? Title determines ownership, not mortgages.
