Can you have a mistomenor charge dissmisted if the arresting officer didnt read you your rights?

Thanks for your question. It is very unlikely that a court would dismiss the charges against you. Having your rights told to you, generally referred to as "Miranda Rights" concerns incriminating statements you might make concerning a crime. In theory, statements made by you might not be allowed as evidence against you if you had not been advised of your rights before making a statement after being arrested. There are numerous exceptions to the rule. An attorney would need to get all of the facts from you before advising you on the impact this might have on your charges.
