Can I sue my former employer for having to work around mold?

Worker's Compensation insurance coverage generally precludes an employee from suing an employer for job-related injuries. There may be exceptions for an employer who negligently or deliberately causes an employee to be subjected to an obviously unheathful situation which results in actual physical harm.
