Sent money order out$155.00 for pet no pet arrived

I sent a regester sign letter to luthe ok for $155.00 paid for pup and pappers,crate I was to pay $295.00 for the air fair when pup arrived, safeley to me. Then I pay her $195.00 for shipment. Question is this if I dont get puppey How do I get my $155.00 Money order back? Is it civial case or crimmal? Please someone help me out here, I have all the papper work sent the puppeys reg and all the e-mails she sent with her name and photos of pups and mother and farther.

This would be an example of a civil case, because you would have to sue for the damages you have incurred. However, the question would be would you want to sue? generally small claims court would be the best venue for such a cas. They generally hear cases that are over smaller amounts of money... and as a result dont cost as much to file papers or commence case.
