Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

My neighbor backed into my car about a month ago. While he was honest and gave me his insurance info, I don't believe his insurance company is very honest. I had to use a rental car for the nine days mine was in the shop getting repaired. While the insurance company paid for the daily use of the rental, they didn't pay for the insurance on it. It cost me $158.89 for the insurance. I am not understanding why the insurance company doesn't take responsibility for this. I have called them twice now and talked to adjuster and his boss and neither of them are of any help. I've emailed Farmers and Enterprise Rent-a-Car asking for a resolution. I even asked Farmers to send me a policy or something showing where they are not responsible for insurance charges. It is my personal feeling that they should be held responsible because if it hadn't been for their client I wouldn't have been in the position to rent a car and, therefore, they should be held responsible for all charges. I am looking for advice on how to get my money back on this. I just submitted these requests to the insurance company and the rental company today, so no answer back yet.

Insurance payments are dependent on coverage. No, generally, insurance company of the other party does not pay for your insurance premium. That is something you maintain on yoru car, all year around.
