Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

Nude Photos

My ex-girlfriend sent me a bunch of nude photos (topless) while we were dating about a year ago. I recently sent these photos to friend of mine that goes to her school, she found out and is threatening legal action against me.

Is there anything she can actually do? I thought that since the photos were on my computer they belonged to me and I could send them wherever I pleased? What should I do?

Yes. She does have legal actions she can take against you. In the meantime, ask yourself this...would you want to be treated or disrespected same way?...I ask this question because this also a moral issue. You may also want to look into porn laws.
