Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

my parents have treasury bonds that were bought for me as a child by my grand mother and have my name on them. They refuse to let me have them. I need to know how to go about getting them legaly

If the bonds are not bearer bonds and the bonds have your name on them, no legal action should be necessary. Transference should occur without legal action. However, If you must demand the release of these bonds it recommended that you do so by certified letter.

Send this official letter to the holders and take legal action only if necessary, by and through an attorney. The certified letter(s) will serve as proof of your attempts to obtain the bonds and it can be used in court.
