Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

With Prejustice

What does it mean when a judge dismisses a case ''With Prejustice''? what is ''With-out Prejustice''?

That's it.

Thanks

Andy

It means that it cannot be refiled. The law allows most cases to be refiled within one year of being dismissed "without prejudice". Not to be confused with a right to appeal.
