promotion

I work for a well known delivery company i am part time mangment i was told that if i took this job i could still drive a package car. with the promote from with in and the outside hire policy. now i am being told i have to have a degree to drive. however with the inside hire policy union employees no degree is required i was told this only applies to this district not all of the company.

Re: promotion

No subsidiary or district should have separate policy or rules that defer from the parent or headquarter company. I would recommend that you aggieve this issue with your union and/or the headquarters.
