Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

i purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Oklahoma on 10/30/10. I have still not recieved the registration. what recourse do i have against the dealership. The car was also released to a third party without my permission.

You can register the vehicle if you have proof of purchase. If DID NOT recieve proof of purchase or receipt, the registration, title and possession of vehicle this dealership you may ot have rights, title or ownership of the vehicle.

If the vehicle was released to a third party in lewd of you; the owner and buyer, but you have proof of purchase, the unauthorized third party and dealership should be sued.
