I recently bought a vehichle from a co-worker she was supposed to bring me the title, well it has been months since ive bought the car and have not recieved the title, have tried calling numerous times to get a hold of her, no my registration is past due, what do i need to do to get my car registered?

Go to the nearest Tag agency with your sale document. They will instruct you. If not, you will have to call Oklahoma Tax Commission and aske them about the process.
My understanding is that your co-worker must apply for lost title. The application has to be signed by your co-worker. When the lost title comes in, then she/he should sign the title over to you. If he/she refuses to cooperate, then you shoudl file suit and obtain a court order to transfer title. against your co-worker.
