Refused Utility Service
Need to know if I have a case against our local gas provider they have refused service on an assumption that someone else lives here and they don't but they will not turn gas on even after they have received my deposit money

We would recommend that you file formal complaint with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, they oversee and regulate utility companies.
