restraint of trade
Can a franchisor tell its franchisees who they can purchase property insurance from when the franchise agreement is silent on that issue? Would the insurance broker soliciting business from the franchisees have any rights?

to give an unqualified answer i would first want to read the contract. the answer to your first question would be no. i am not certain i understand your second question.
