there selling my copy righted poems

I entered a poetry contest 10yrs ago and wone a publication and copyright. I just noticed 3/7/09 that they are selling this poem on plaques, t-shirts, coffee cup ext. can they legaly do this with out paying me a percentage? because I recieve nothing.

First of all, I'm not sure how sure if I can answer your question if you did not register for copyright protection against these infringements. Did you state that you "won" it?

I ask this question because a copyright must be filed and legally executed to be legally enforced. If you did not executed this copyright legally, you many have broken your veil of protection. Otherwise, Yes. You do have legal recourse against any infringements and you are entitled to copyright protection under the law.
