Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma
Small Claims Court
What is the minimum amount that you can sue for in a small claims court?
Can you get the court fees reimbursed if the case is won?
Can you take something to small claims if a person doesn't have a signed agreement just a promise to repay the loan?
