I am being sued for fraud and will almost certianly loose. Is my personal residence in jepordy?

The are many different fraudulent acts. Judgement is rendered based on the evidence on your case and/or punishment. If your punishment includes compensation or remedies, any personal property can be adversely affected or considered in the final judgement or conviction.
