Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I sued my landlord in small claims and won by default judgement.

The amount is $1300, which coincides pretty much with the remaining rent we have due to them.

They are refusing to pay us, and I don't know how to do the correct garnishment, nor do I have any information about their bank account.

Is it legal to withhold rent from a landlord who owes you money for a default judgement?

You need to ask the court to enforce the judgment in the very court you were in. Get the forms you need from the court clerk and file it and set it for hearing. Then ask the court to do so or to apply it against the rent.
