Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

I was having a verbal disagreement with another female. She pushed me and I pushed her back. I had not had any alcohol, she was very intoxicated. When I pushed her she fell back over lanscape edging and scraped up her legs, hit her face on a tree and broke a nail. She is now threatening to file a report of A&B on me. Is that battery?

A&B is Assault and Battery. You need to go to the police station and tell the police what happened.

If necesary, get a good lawyer and this would end soon.
