Legal Question in Health Care Law in Oklahoma
injury from fall and er experience
I was injured and taken to a hospital , and after1-2 hrs and no pain medication, was ask to be transferred to another hospital 7 blocks away and was told that was not possible, and I know that was my patient right. They have a book in each room, stating same.

I don't know what the book in the room said, but the ER does not have to give you pain meds. Also, you may have a right to leave but more facts are necessary to better understand that issue.
