investigation for neglect of a mentally challenged total care individual
i recieved a letter from the state to make a statement about leaving my job early due to an anxiety attack and are talking about pressing charges for neglect and possible vandalism what can i do?

Based on your question and the subject, I assume you are a healthcare worker and were caring for a "mentally challenged total care individual," and left the individual alone. If the state is going to press charges against you, I would suggest you get an attorney to review all the facts before making any statement.
