Bring Husband back to America from Mexico
My husband got deported on 12/05/2008 back to Mexico. We have been married for 5 years. INS told him it would be easier for me file paper work for him to cross back over to America. My question is what paper work would i need to file to get everything in order?

Hi, without much information, I would guess that you need to file a waiver. But I would need to know why he was deported? Have you filed a petition for him? How he came to the U.S., etc. Please contact us to discuss further.
