Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oklahoma
Immigration
If I've been married for 4 years to a U.S. citizen, but i've only had my temporary residence for only 2 years. I received information from immigration telling me my priority date ifor my permanent residence (removal of condition) is still a year from now. If I were to divorce now, would i lose my status even though I've already applied for removal of condition, but have not gotten my Permanent residence card?
Should I wait to divorce until this process has been finalized? When would you suggest would be the best time to take such action on my behalf?

Re: Immigration
Your question is very vague. You do not state when your conditional resident card expired, if you filed to remove the conditions and if you are divorced. Note that if you get divorced, then you will have to ask for a waiver of the joint filing requirements. If you would like to discuss your concerns in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
