Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oklahoma
MARRIAGE to NON CITIZEN
My daughter is 20 yrs. Old...Very gullible & naive...She was befriended by a young foreign exchange student where she goes to college...His ''green card'' was soon to expire...He convinced her to marry him so he could have access to citizenship status & pay cheaper tuition...In exchange, he would pay her a set fee...They are not intimate, not b/f-g/f, it's strictly a ''business arrangement''...They don't live together...Aside from being a parent who obviously failed somewhere in her upbringing, my question is this:...''has she broken any laws''...???
