i married a man from africa, believing he loved me , just to find out , the only reason he marrried me, was to try and get his green card, which he hasnt gotten yet, he only has a card to work in the united states, and he said he will not give me a divorce, how do i get a divorce, im on a limited income

You are going to need to contact a Family Law Attorney in your State of residence if you are looking for advice on getting a divorce.
As for your husband's pending greencard case, you should send a letter to USCIS, requesting the I-130 petition be withdrawn. If he is scheduled for an interview in the interim, you can go down to the USCIS office where the interview is schedule, and tell them you want to withdraw the I-130 petition.
