Renew Greencard
i have 2 yr valid green card from my
first marriage and it is expiring in
july this year. i got divorce from first marriage and i married again with
other lady. what will be procedure
to renew my green card

Hi,
You will need to file an I-751 petition requesting a waiver of the joint filing requirement.

In addition to the I-751 and the request to waive the joint filing requirement, you will need to show evidence of the good faith of your previous marriage from the beginning up to the point of separation.
