Legal Question in Insurance Law in Oklahoma
I am a small business owner who offers health ins. to my employees. Not all of them have enrolled in the plan, now 2 of them are requesting their pay be increased by the premium amount of the ins. policy they elected not to participate in. My question is : Am I liable to pay those 2 employees what they are asking or not.
