Right to Mention Editorship on ebook

I was previously an editor for a health website (volunteer) but resigned it recently. I published some ebooks on Amazon during that time, mentioning on the images advertising them that I was editor of that health website. Since I was editor at the time I copyrighted the ebooks, do I have a right to keep that mention on those ebook images, even though I have since resigned it?

You should note the years of service when you were an editor, rather than giving a false impression that you currently retain an affiliation with the Web site.
