Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Oklahoma

i am using a personality test in one of my products (hiring system). There is not a copyright logo on the test..neither is there a person or company name. Is it legal to use this test for other to use when they buy my product? I do not know where the test came from.

A copyright attorney will say there is only minimal risk. You have no knowledge of the author or whether it was ever copyrighted to begin with. But run your situation by a copyright attorney for specific advice.
