Juvenile charge..what will happen
a juvenile in the state of Oklahoma sold cigarettes to a minor child while at work, after asking his boss whether or not to sell them. he knew the date on the license was not of age, but the boss told him to do it, and he didn't question her judgment. he is to appear in peer juvenile court. what will happen to him?

Re: Juvenile charge..what will happen
Even if the child was told to sell the cigarettes, he had personal responsibility under the law NOT to sell teh cigarettes. Following orders doesn't work in the criminal context. HOWEVER, there seems to be a rabid system at work for hauling a juvenile into juvenile court for doing what his boss told him to do. Fight it.
